2011年我司圍繞鋁攪拌摩擦焊技術在真空行業的應用上不斷的研制改型,形成了自己的核心專利技術,可焊接壁厚100mm的鋁合金腔體,在強度、材質密度、控制焊接變形、密封性、潔凈度、真空度等方面均走在了行業前延。實驗表明使用我司攪拌摩擦焊接技術可使焊接接頭強度提高30%-50%,制造成本下降60%,制造周期縮短50%。產品質量經過10多年的驗證穩定可靠,廣泛應用于科研、光伏、半導體領域,已有諸多成熟案例。

ZM Vacuum Equipment (suzhou) Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, commissioning and service for vacuum chamber manufacturing. We have numerous core technologies and patents, with the Friction Stir Welding technology as the representative. The headquarter is located in Jinshan District, Shanghai. It has a modern production base of 28,000 square meters equipped with a variety of welding, machining and quality inspection equipment, which has passed ISO9001 quality system certification and EU pressure vessel SGS certification. The company has been awarded multiple government certifications and supports, such as Shanghai National High-tech Enterprise, Special Funds for Technological Reform, and Shanghai "Specialized and New" Small and Medium-sized Enterprise.
We have continuously developed and modified the application of aluminum Friction Stir Welding technology in the vacuum industry since 2011. Thus, our company has formed own core patented technology, acquiring the capability to weld an aluminum alloy chamber with a wall thickness of 100mm, which reached the domestic leading level in strength, material density, control of welding deformation, sealing, cleanliness, vacuum, etc. According to previous research, it shows that the implementation of our Friction Stir Welding technology can increase the strength of welded joints by 30%-50%, reduce the manufacturing cost by 60% and shorten lead time by 50%. After more than 10 years of verification, the quality of the products has been proven to be stable and reliable, so they are widely used in scientific research, photovoltaic and semiconductor fields.
